Genealogical society meets Monday (Albert Lea Tribune)
Several members of the Freeborn County Genealogical Society visited and did family research at the LDS Family Library in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 28 to Oct. 3). Members who made the trip were: Pat Mulso, Arnie Mulso, Linda Evenson, Vickie Storlie, Cathy Wittmer, Ardus Sanderson, Kaye Klukow, JoAnne Johnsrud, Ada Kuethe, Roger Lonning and Marge Lonning.
Research center to have grand opening soon (Montrose Daily Press)
MONTROSE — For 27 years the Fore-Kin Trails Genealogical Society has been collecting and preserving historic documents and records of Montrose County. Now, they have a home for them and can make them available to the public.
